There is a lot of talk about how realtors are overpaid for what they do. I can not say I do not agree. My experience is there are bad realtors and there are good ones.

The bad ones are the ones that literally just have you sign papers and sign their name on the contract. The good ones go above and beyond their duties to advocate for their . clients. The keyword here is ADVOCATE, that means explain things, help clients with their needs, give advice, etc.

Many realtors do not understand the magnitude of a home purchase. It is someone's biggest investment of their life. A good one will always put that idea above any thing else, even money. We do this for money, but for some, we do to help people. I am here to help. Don't believe me, call me and see the difference.
